Project Details: 

Water lines broke due to freezing in two seprate location. One location was a supply line in the kitchen, the other was a supply line in the basement bathroom. Team came in to perform the water remediation which included the demolition of the carpet in the basement, and the hardwood floor on the first floor. Basement bathroom, conference room, and two bedroom has be taken down entirely to the studs. After demo was complete, team drilled holes on the bottom of the interior walls to allow air flow to enter to dry out the remaining walls. Team replaced damaged subfloor on the main level. Water lines were repaired with pex a supply lines, and we replace all cpvc water lines that we could access to prevent this issue from occuring again. Team also rewired the conference room to allow for more lighting in the space, originally, there were only two flourescent lights that light the space, but there are now 7 canlights that go around the perimeter wired to a dimmable switch. Team installed insulation on the exterior walls, along with new drywall. All new drywall was prepped with a drywall primer, and all walls were painted with a mold killing primer for extra precaution. LVP floor was installed in the basement, with its respective vapor barrier. Main floor had engineered hardwood floor installed. Team reinstalled the kitchen cabinets, and corain countertop after work was completed.
