New commercial construction. We built the site pad to allow the building to sit level on the site. Concrete foundation, and footing for a tornado shelter. LP smartsiding. AR shingles, and new gutters. Reinforced framing for tornado shelter. Custom kitchen cabinets. Commercial doors, with pneumatic closers on all exterior doors. New storefront doors on the building. R49 insulation in the attic, with fire alarm systems. LVP flooring throughout the building with custom doors that both top and bottom halfs open freely. Turf playground, with bicycle circle. Chainlink fence installed around the perimeter of the playground. New concrete driveway, with ada ramps.
