Project Details: 

Fire restoration. This project was gutted to the studs due to the fire damage. We had to utilzed special equipment to clean the soot out of the framing. Repaired damaged framing, and mechanicals throughout the home due to both fire damage, and freezing from the property sitting over the winter. Revised the existing layout to add a bathroom on the main level, and installed a sliding glass door. Installed an egress window in the basement to add an additional bedroom to the house. Intalled new AR shingles on the roof. New vinyl windows, and fiberglass exterior doors throughout the entire home. Installed new garage doors. Custom tile in two bathrooms. New LVP floor throughout the entire home. Custom kitchen cabients, and backsplash. Granite countertop in the ktichen. New canlight through the home with night light mode. Colonial casing, and baseboard, alongside new interior doors. Painted the entire exterior of the home.
