Project Details: 

Multi unit renovation, original buildings were taken down to the studs entirely. New electrical service was installed in each of the 5 buildings, alongside new electrical wiring in each throughout. New plumbing was ran to each building with tankless water heater, and throughout the entire unit. New HVAC was installed which consisted on individual mini split units for each apartment. All exterior walls had new insulation installed. New drywall, with knockdown ceiling texture was installed in each building, including common space such as hallways. Custom tiles showers were installed in each unit. New kitchen cabinets with formica countertops, and stainless steel kitchen appliances. LVP flooring, and trim work consisting on baseboard, doors, casing, and closet shelving. Each building was newly painted on the exterior, and had new single hung vinyl windows installed, alongside new gutters, and exterior entry porches. All building are equipped with keypad deadbolts for each tenant to have a private code to enter the building. New concrete sidewalks were poured throughout the complex, alongside a new asphalt parking lot.
