Project Details: 

This was a full gut commercial renovation, our team gutted the interior to the studs. We reconfigured rooms to allow the addition of a ADA compliant bathrooom. Our team also removed, and installed new storefront doors, and windows on the property. We insulated the interior of the building with rockwool insulation for additional thermal efficiency and sound dampening. 5/8 soundproof drywall with resilient channels were installed in our new studio space at the back of the building. Custom tile was installed in both bathrooms. New LVP flooring in herringbone pattern was installed in the primary walkways of the building, with new carpet tile installed in the offices. Custom kitchen cabients, and granite countertop/backsplash. Brand new lighting throughout the building, with a custom LED sign displaying IPG’s logo. Installed an egress window in the basement office, and applied custom epoxy on the basement floor. The exteiror consisted of painting the building, applying a custom finish to the front steps. Installed a concrete ADA accessible ramp with custom ADA compliant metal cable railing. New asphalt surface in the rear of the building, with a sealcoat on the remaing parking lot. New EPDM roof, with copper color gutter.
